Ayurveda is one of the world’s oldest medical systems and is based on ancient writings that rely on a natural and holistic approach to physical and mental health. The term Ayurveda is derived from the Sanskrit words ayur (life) and veda (science or knowledge) translating to knowledge of life. It is based on the belief that health and wellness depend on a delicate balance between mind, body, and spirit.
In addition, in peak camping weeks we will be running weekly Sound Bathing. All that nature and holistic wellbeing will see you rebalanced and completely horizontal to face the world.
